Make it play louder

• Reset the Sansa player to factory settings: Settings > System Settings > Reset Factory Settings
• Set the region as: Rest of World.
• Change volume setting to High: Settings > System Settings > Volume > High

> - Are you able to turn the device on ? (Y/N)
N

> - Have you tried connecting the device using all the available USB ports 
> ?

Fix by reset:

> Thank you for your response. Let us try to solve the issue you have 
> currently
> encountered by following the troubleshooting steps listed bellow :
> 
> 1. Resetting the player :
> - Press and hold the Power button up for approximately 20 seconds.
> - Release the Power button.
> - Try to turn on the device after this.

That did the job, it works again.
